If your honey has crystallized, it’s easy to fix. Simply place the jar in a warm water bath, ensuring the water is around 95°F to 110°F (35°C to 43°C). Let the honey sit in the warm water for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the crystals dissolve.

Alternatively, you can microwave the honey on low power in 15-30 second intervals, stirring between each until it liquefies. To prevent crystallization in the future, store your honey in a warm place at room temperature and avoid refrigeration
